We are a young, two-year old construction company. We are building and selling small houses, cottages, saunas, home offices and garden houses. 
Our mission is to offer comfortable and cozy cottages and small houses for year-round living at an affordable price. 
UpHouses' small houses are suitable for any region and any landscape. We have developed prototype products, so it would be easier for the customer to express their wishes, but the customer's own ideas, drawings and pictures are very welcome. 
In our ventures, we try to follow the company's three core values: quality, affordability and sustainability. 
We are located and operate mainly in Viljandi county, but we can deliver our cottages to most regions of Estonia (including the larger islands of Estonia)
Future plans of our company include increasing the customer base as well as entering the international market. 
All products come with a two-year warranty.
